PM Digital Youth Hub 2026 – Registration, Courses, Jobs & Benefits
Half a million registrations in two months. That is what the PM Digital Youth Hub 2026 pulled in after its launch — Pakistan’s first attempt to put every youth opportunity (courses, jobs, internships, loans, scholarships) behind a single login instead of scattered across a dozen department websites.
The platform was launched on March 26, 2026, by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), developed with UNICEF and Generation Unlimited.
What the Hub Actually Is
Think of it less like a website and more like a national youth profile. You register once with your CNIC, fill in your education and skills, pick your interests — courses, jobs, or entrepreneurship — and the platform starts matching.
It is also on your phone. The hub runs as a web portal (pmyp.gov.pk, youth.gov.pk) with Android and iOS apps.
The Six Things You Can Get From It
1. Free digital courses. Courses in artificial intelligence, data science, cloud computing, web development, graphic design and UI/UX, digital marketing, freelancing, and cybersecurity — most of them free.
2. Verified jobs and internships. Only registered companies and government departments can post vacancies, which filters out a meaningful share of the fake-job noise young applicants drown in.
3. Freelancing support. Through integration with the Pakistan Software Export Board, registered freelancers get formal recognition, a reduced tax rate reported as low as 0.25%, and easier documentation for banking and travel.
4. Business loans and startup support. The hub is the front door to the PM Youth Business & Agriculture Loan Scheme — Tier 1 up to Rs. 500,000 at zero markup, Tier 2 to Rs. 1.5 million at 5%, Tier 3 to Rs. 7.5 million at 7%.
5. Laptop and device allocation. An AI-based allocation system assigns devices by academic need. Selection weighs 70% academic merit and 30% regional quota.
6. Green Youth Movement. Volunteer for tree plantation and climate drives, earn “Eco-Credits” on your profile, and those credits boost visibility for competitive selections.
| What you want | Where it lives in the hub | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| Free course | Courses section, matched to profile | CNIC, 18–35, registration |
| Job / internship | Jobs board | Completed profile, relevant skills |
| Freelance recognition | Freelancing support via PSEB link | Active freelancing profile |
| Business loan | Entrepreneurship → loan tiers | Business plan, bank criteria |
| Laptop | Device scheme section | Enrollment + merit record |
